Challenge:
An important strategic partnership was agreed which included the launch of an all-new joint proposition within a very short timescale. The product and market proposition needed to be finalised and all aspects of market / organisational readiness needed to be put in place.

Solution:
The critical path to launch was identified and mapped into a project plan. Risks, dependencies, contingencies and alternatives were assessed. Proposals for pricing and a customer service model were authored and presented to boards for approval. Direct & indirect sales channels were prepared with collateral, training and order fulfilment processes. Resource was secured and processes put in place to support the customer’s complete end to end journey – from initial marketing messages to end of contract life. Following a successful launch, this product category is now a B2B cornerstone.
